On a daily basis, G3 is exploring the boundaries of graphene in search of new marketable ways graphene can be used across industries and globally. We are looking to add a Material Scientist.

The Material Scientist will work under the direction of the CTO to develop new applications for graphene. You will research new powders and polymers as well as applications for graphene product. Other key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and analyze new process concepts and quantify technical and economic feasibility.
  • Support evaluation of market and customer requirements.
  • Ensure an effective and transparent information flow between the Technical and Management in the manufacturing plant in relation to process development related topics.
  • Technical support, as required, during key account visits.
  • Assistance during the creation of process development strategies.
  • Create and document findings leading toward intellectual property.
  • Continuous analysis of technical trends, innovations, and competitive products.
  • Technical support for preparation of sales promotional documents and materials.

Qualifications for the position include:

  • Advanced degree in Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science or equivalent.
  • Laboratory experience preferred.
  • Experience working with chemical reactors in the lab.
  • English fluency.
  • Capability to work in a dry room (
