SUMMARY

Responsibilities include assisting the senior HR leadership team with project work including developing and creating communications, tracking information and creating proposals; Analyzing people-related data; Drafting content (written and video); Managing schedules and calendars for assigned leaders; Coordinating departmental meetings and events including catering, meeting rooms and content

The role requires a high level of accountability, excellent written and verbal communications skills as well as extremeness attention to detail

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Essential Tasks/Duties/Responsibilities

Administrative Assistance

Enters/Audits new hire data in the HRIS, supports various onboarding efforts, supports assigned leaders with calendars, meeting schedules, catering, special events, travel, etc.

Project Assistance

Supports assigned leaders with content creation, project management, updates, and monitoring

Suggests process improvement

Communications

Develops and manages messaging (written and video) and basic design

Assists with the Warrior Guide (handbook) edits to ensure all policies are up to date

Support the HR Generalists with the Employee Case Management tool in the HRIS


QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree required

Experience:

  • 2+ years administrative experience in human resources
  • Strong Microsoft applications experience including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to create succinct, high-quality written communications
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical capabilities (Creating and analyzing data and dashboards)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time while completing work on a computer or performing other functions
