Job description

Baesman Group, a nationally recognized provider of direct-to-consumer and in-store marketing strategy and execution is seeking a Business Development Specialist.

The Business Development Specialist works with our marketing team and business development teams to run outreach campaigns to prospects that include email, phone calls, and social media with the goal of setting meetings for our business development team. This position will be responsible for account research, building our prospect lists based on ideal customer profiles, outreach via email segmentation, social selling, phone calls, and account-based marketing.

Responsibilities

* Prospect research and email template personalization
* Identify prospects, obtain contact information via our search tool, and input all information into the company database.
* Segment, tag and prioritize prospects for follow-up.
* Create an outbound prospecting strategy and execute on it to break through to busy prospects: cold emails, calls, and social selling.
* Quick and strategic follow-up via phone, email, and social media for all inbound leads.
* LinkedIn connects/social touches
* Manage a high-impact lead nurturing strategy to support growth and sales qualified lead goals.
* Ensure that all deliverables meet deadlines, quality standards, and business requirements.
* Meet or exceed goals for adding new prospects to the companys database and setting meetings.
* Stay well-informed of developments in research tools and techniques.
* Manage corporate website email and chat responses

Requirements

Qualifications:

* Bachelors degree preferred.
* 2+ years inside sales experience
* A business-centric mindset that helps prospects focus on their business goals.
* Strong communication skills, organizational skills, and a high attention to detail
* Must be able to meet deadlines.
* Experience using CRM Database(s), HubSpot experience preferred.
* Strong computer skills
* Superior verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work efficiently and consistently meet activity goals
