Job Description:
- Documents functional and non-functional requirements and other deliverables to translate business needs for solution teams
- Facilitates the understanding, clarification, and implementation of business requirements and works with key partners in to turn those into functional system designs
- Works with Portfolio Manager, Technical resource and business leads to manage demand intake through internal planning processes
- Identifies and drives resolution of critical issues impacting the successful delivery of the project
- Creates current and future state process maps and design
- Implements change management and training plans for successful project adoption
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business or related field preferred
- 3+ years of relevant Business Analyst experience
- Experience working on distribution center or warehouse management build out projects
- Strong background in SDLC, Agile and Waterfall
- Experience in Warehouse Management systems, preferably in SAP EWM or WM
