The Associate Recruiter teams with our Sr Recruiters to assist in sourcing, setting up introduction calls, and scheduling interviews for sales, operations and or shared services positions from a variety of sources including LinkedIn and other social media platforms.

Essential Functions:

• Develop a basic understanding of the recruiting process.
• Collaborate with team and set recruiting strategy to attract high-quality applicants.
• Source and attract candidates using databases, social media, and other relevant tools.
• Contacting candidates both by phone, texts, and emails introducing them to Nations Lending.
• Other projects and duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Creative, yet very organized with your thoughts
• Outgoing - you don't wait to introduce yourself and say hello.
• Comfortable in front of a camera using Teams or similar in all meetings and colleague interaction.
• A team player, motivated to learn and grow.
• Relentless follow-up.
• Excellent communication skills - verbal, written, and on video.
• Computer literate with both Microsoft and Salesforce platforms.
• The expectation is 40 hours and the ability to work non-traditional time as necessary.
