Corporate Recruiter

Our departments are growing and we are actively hiring for dozens of positions across our 21 states! We are looking for a dynamic Corporate Recruiter to join our team in our Independence corporate office. This role is a great opportunity for an experienced recruiter with a passion for sales & Customer Service and a desire for a rewarding career.

What you can expect:

* Manage the full-cycle recruitment process while providing legendary service to our candidates and strong partnership with our hiring managers.

* Identify top talent through aggressive sourcing methods including internet research, networking, employee referrals, cold calling, advertisements, career events, industry associations and other unique sourcing methods.

* Consistently meeting and exceeding monthly hiring goals.

* Partnering with management to develop job specifications, make salary recommendations, negotiate starting salary with management and candidate.

* Utilizing our applicant tracking system to screen, assess, and interview candidates while following our established recruiting processes.

* Maintaining open communication with team members and prospective candidates while delivering responses within 24 hours.

* Handling 15-20 open requisitions while maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates.

* Perform additional job-related duties as assigned by management.

What you should bring:

* 1-3 years of recruitment experience with a track record of success in an agency or corporate setting.

* Prior knowledge of various recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and/or indeed Prime.

* Prior experience with Enterprise Applicant Tracking Systems - Workday experience is a plus!

* Exceptional interpersonal communication skills with a strong ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers.

* Ability to prioritize and multi-task with a consistent commitment to quality.

* Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills.

* Strong analytical skills and the ability to make quick decisions with extreme attention to detail.
