Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we supply PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) to keep you and our residents safe. Additionally, we have implemented stronger infection control and testing procedures in all Otterbein locations.

Responsibilities

• You will oversee recruiting activities that includes, but is not limited to posting, sourcing, screening, tracking candidates and hiring.

• Compiling and reporting recruitment and retention data.

• Establish recruiting support with assigned internal Partners and Department Leaders; understand, anticipate future departmental needs and determine recruitment efforts to focus on shortened position fill time and stronger candidate pool.

• In collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for sharing openings on social media, attending career fairs/professional events and building relationships with schools.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Health Care, Communications, Business or related field preferred, but not required.
• Experience: 3+ years, large site clinical recruiting
• Computer Skills: Microsoft Office, Greenhouse ATS experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication, organized and the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
