Kelly Services is looking for a long term Legal Administrative in Marysville, OH.

Pay rate: $18.00-$18.50

Hours: M-F 7:30am to 4:00pm with a few hours of OT a week

Roles and Responsibilities:

Support the AHM Law Unit, Mfg./Development Legal Support Division's Operations Department and Commercial, Regulatory and Litigation Department with a focus on professionalism, customer service, initiative, and learning and sharing to continually improve efficiency and effectiveness of tasks within areas of expertise. Serve as an expert and develop technical expertise in areas of responsibility.

Daily responsibilities include:

1. Provide on-site primary support to AHM Law Unit, Mfg./Development Legal Support Division's Operations Department and Commercial, Regulatory and Litigation Department. Provide on-site secondary support to AHM Law Mfg./Development Legal Support Division's Employment, Workers Comp. and Immigration Department as well as virtual support to Local Manufacturing Legal Support Department, which has teams located in Alabama, Indiana and South Carolina.

2. Maintain paper and electronic filing system for records, correspondence, and other materials. Serve as the Division's Back-up Records Representative.

3. Maintain and run regular reports for Division's Operations and Management Teams.

4. Computer/technical problem resolution facilitation.

5. Onboarding of new associates into Law, including scheduling and arranging orientation activities and ordering of technology.

6. Assist with facilitation of weekly Division meetings and assist with planning and execution of Division-level events, such as All Team meetings.

Daily Tasks:

Support the AHM Law Unit Mfg./Development Legal Support Division as a member of the Operations Team to maintain high-quality, consistent administrative support across the Division by preparing, editing and formatting documents in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Work within Division/Department specific databases including Team Connect, SharePoint, Documentum, Microsoft Teams, Mainframe, PeopleSoft, and Records Index System (Filebridge). Schedule, plan and coordinate meetings of varying sizes across multiple Honda locations.

Arrange travel and manage expense reimbursements for Division associates. Support execution of Division projects and initiatives.
