Inventory Admin/Site Admin ***projects are 6 to 8 months or longer*** Must be flexible to travel 100% ** Location will be given after clearing onboarding.

** Must be flexible to travel 100% Travel would be Nationally for extended periods of time.

on location Monday - Saturday - 10 to 12 Hrs Shifts (anything over 50 hrs weekly requires Sr. Supervisor approval)**

Inventory Control Assistant
Responsibilities: Conduct 100% Inventory count of all shipments. Utilize the Inventory Management program Clear Spider to Receive, Manage, Distribute, and Complete inventory control measures for assigned project. Maintain Equipment/ Parts Staging area for quick and efficient distribution to Installation teams. Write up reports detailing the status of Inventory on hand and or shortages as requested by supervision. Maintain a clean work area and adhere to all safety standards as set forth by HSE and Project Site leaders. Candidates for this position should have the ability to: Work independently without direct supervision. Have a willingness to learn and adopt new standards associated with role. Have good communication skills, both written and verbal. Need a reliable candidate to handle the job-site inventory, counting parts, recording data, updating spreadsheets and other administrative duties. This person will be working inside the facility (warehouse/construction environment) and will be required to wear steel toe boots and other PPE provided by client. Part of their duties will include stocking shelves and well as general cleaning. The ideal candidate should have the following skills: - Computer Skills - Familiar with MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook - Organizational skills - Detailed oriented - Previous inventory experience preferred. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. Typically reports to a supervisor/manager. Special Considerations: Lifting will exceed 30 Lbs. and/or repetitions of this or lesser weights will be significant
Examples of daily tasks include but are not limited to the following.
•Prepare material staging locations
•Unload trucks while scanning to verify materials
•Secure and maintain material staging locations
•Move materials from unloading area to staging area
•Audit shipments for completeness
•Create work orders for installation crews
•Gather and move materials for installation
•Report material damages and shortages

Job description:
The candidate must be comfortable traveling to and working a location for the project period. If the resource does well, they will move to the next project when their current project ends. The goal is to find good candidates who can go perm in these roles.

Must be flexible to work overtime.
