Neff - Perkins Company, a leader in precision molded rubber and plastic products is hiring a full time Human Resources Manager.

Job Summary: Manage and coordinate all human resource services including recruiting, payroll, compliance, human relations, and benefit administration. Develop, support and promote work flow, training, and employee retention initiatives.

Primary Functions:

• Manage the recruitment and selection process
• Conduct new hire orientation
• Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy
• Benefit Administration
• Update and implement policies as needed
• Semi - Monthly Payroll
• Oversee and manage the performance appraisal system
• Maintain and update Human Resource Information System (HRIS)
• Nurture a positive working environment

Requirements/Training:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
• Two or more years' experience in Human Resources with a focus in manufacturing recruiting
• Knowledge of employment laws, EEO laws, and FMLA
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Excellent organizational skills and able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality
• Proficient in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of MS Word and Excel applications
• Must function in the best interest of the organization as a whole in order to promote an effective team oriented environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
