Job description
JOB SUMMARY
HR generalist role with a variety of responsibilities and duties including supporting manufacturing operations, HR reporting, employee programs & events, recruiting coordination, benefits and leave of absence administration, and employee relations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Recruiting
- Assist with recruiting coordination (job fair logistics, job postings, interview scheduling, processing of background checks, drug screens, etc.)
- Assist with or conduct new hire orientation
Employee Events
- Organizes and coordinates company-wide employee events and programs (e.g., communication meetings, outings, etc.).
- Assists with Anomatic's Shades of Wellness program including partner relationship management, vendor selection, event coordination, and employee communications. Measure and report impact of successful participation and implementation.
- Coordinates activities of the Employee Events, Community Participation, and Wellness Committees.
HRIS:
- Responsible for the integrity of all HRIS records. Develop/analyze reports and statistical summaries as needed.
- Responsibilities include project coordination for system upgrades, acting as HRIS resource for all Company locations, and liaison among the Human Resource, Payroll, IT departments, and third parties.
- Develops and maintains standard HR reporting (hiring, turnover, etc.)
- Expand the use of HRIS automated workflows, enabling employee Intranet self-service and manual process / paperwork reduction
- Manage employee records as applicable, updating and correcting when necessary; establish procedures to ensure data is accurate and records are properly updated.
- Establish and maintain effective processes and communication with the HR and Payroll teams to administer all programs / plans.
Benefits

- Mailings/distributions to employees' homes.
Leaves of Absence
- Manages the Company leave administration process (STD/LTD, FMLA, etc.) for all U.S. locations in conjunction with site HR teams.
- Ensure FMLA/LOA procedures are accurate and adhered to across all locations.
- Oversee and report on claim adjudication and processes for LOA's in conjunction with vendors.
- Track and report on LOA's. Ensure stakeholders are informed of disposition.
Other
- May have additional duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in HR management, business, or related discipline
- At least 2 years of general HR experience preferred, optimally in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and security regarding private employee information
- Ability to work independently to successfully complete multiple projects
- Ability to develop/maintain credibility and cooperative working relationships at every organizational level
- Bandwidth and desire to progress in HR
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $24.00 per hour
