Lower is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join our Sales Operations Team. In this role, you will be reporting to Director of Salesforce and will have an opportunity to help scale and improve our sales processes and CRM protocols. The Salesforce Administrator will play a critical role in supporting our growing sales teams, processes and tech stack. To be successful in this role, one must exemplify a customer-centric mindset, immaculate attention to detail, and proficiency in process and data management.
Who you are:
- You have a Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent experience
- You have previous experience working with Salesforce in a multi-architecture environment with 200+ users
- You have 2+ years Salesforce configuration experience
- You have a strong sales/business process acumen
- You are an expert at multi-tasking numerous high-priority initiatives
- You have working knowledge of CRM integrations and API
- You are an effective communication and collaboration skills
What you'll do
- You will manage Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports Salesforce configuration and troubleshooting
- You will work to understand basic triggers and Apex code knowledge
- You will support data management to improve Salesforce data quality
- You will identify business requirements and transform them into best pracice, scalable solutions to maximize user experience
- You will work to optimize/automate the Sales process
- Reports & Dashboards
- Integration support
- Promote user adoption of Salesforce
