Description
The Sr. Recruiter is responsible for driving Talent Acquisition initiatives across Victoria's Secret. They will lead recruitment strategy meetings with hiring managers to clearly define needs and sourcing strategies. Responsible for managing role definition, sourcing, the candidate process and relationship building with all external and internal contacts in a manner that results in the highest quality, most efficient and cost-effective outcome for the organization.
Must possess the ability to:
* Facilitate partner strategy meetings and develop and execute search techniques to generate quality candidates for open or projected positions through sourcing and tracking tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Networking Events, Talent Mapping, Candidate Relationship Management Systems, etc.); identifies qualified candidate profiles using direct methods to engage with that talent; including emails, cold calling, referrals and internal networks.
* Develop candidate slates to present to hiring managers
* Maintain relationships with all candidates for future openings
* Work as a liaison between candidates, hiring managers and human resources partners
* Perform to established metrics used to measure customer satisfaction
* Build strong relationships with the various line and functional clients to ensure the ability to influence, guide and drive the recruiting process
* Implement an efficient and cost effective staffing model with an appropriate mix of internal and external talent
* Gather compensation expectations from candidate during interview process; determines appropriate salary recommendations for potential offers and reviews with HR Manager (and Compensation team if needed) for alignment; delivers offer and reviews overall package and applicable benefits with candidate; negotiates offer details when necessary
* Provides structured and consistent recruiting information to hiring managers; compiles data from various sources (myTalent, LinkedIn Recruiter, HR Access, ad-hoc reports, e.g.) and derives information relative to specific search; delivers information in a format that is concise, relatable, and comprehensible to the recipient audience
* Provide input for job descriptions to ensure accuracy in identifying appropriate talent to meet business needs
Qualifications
Qualifications:
* 8 -10 years; previous experience within university relations and finance full-cycle recruiting preferred
* Demonstrated ability to consistently deliver customer-focused, bottom-line oriented staffing solutions as a member of a functional staffing team
* Must have the ability to be a highly effective relationship builder
* Proven ability and comfort in cold calling and effectively sourcing passive candidates
* Demonstrated competencies in the areas of recruitment, change management and compensation
* Ability to deal with rapidly changing organizational issues and manage the impact of change on the organization, its culture and associates
* Experience with Social Media Recruiting (i.e. Linked In, FaceBook and Twitter) is required
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or related field; or a combination of education and work experience that yields the minimally required knowledge, skills and abilities with exposure to full-cycle recruiting
