Job description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Responsible for troubleshooting all hardware and software

· Stay up to date on IT trends and security problems

· Make recommendations on IT equipment/technology, processes, and procedures

· Management of Office 365, email, OneDrive, and SharePoint

· Management of RingCentral

· Manage Office internet and Wi-Fi network and report any issues to service providers

· Manage Helpdesk Support via company ticketing system

· Identify problematic areas and implement strategies and solutions

· Repair Computers as needed

· Track inventory on all technology and equipment

· Make sure all office computers are up-to-date and retire them as needed

· Manage office Printers

· Set-up new computers as needed

· Set-up new accounts for our ATS
