Are you senior level Business Analyst who can embed and guide our business to drive and implement SAP solutions? We are looking for a leader and self starter to understand our growing needs, collect requirements, and provide functional specifications to fully implement, integrate and modernize systems with SD OTC.
Position Summary:
Responsible for gathering business requirements and developing high-level approach to solution and services to fulfill those requirements for key corporate initiatives. Act as primary liaison between line of business representatives and Information Services. Responsible for development of process maps, use cases and testing plans. Requires deep understanding of how the business operates as well as the software that enables business processes. It is the responsibility of this position to assist in the in the selection and planning of programs across the enterprise to achieve business objectives in alignment of Business and IT strategic initiatives. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Influences the development of departmental policy, strategy, best practices and roadmaps.
- Anticipates issues and problems and proactively defines risk mitigation measures.
- Interprets internal or external business issues and recommends best practices
- Influences the governance and direction of key corporate initiatives
- Influences the evolution and/or development of Swagelok project management methodologies and business analysis tools. Leads business analysis portion of multiple inter-related and time-phased projects whose total duration may exceed 12 months.
- Assists less experienced business analysts with development of communication plans and design of facilitated sessions.
- Works on projects or programs with significant risk and complexity to achieve enterprise-critical milestones and objectives; develops the strategy for project and program execution
- SAP Experience - Quote to Cash:
- At least 10 years of experience working with SAP SD (OTC) module
- Hands on experience in Configuring, deploying, and managing SAP with a focus on Order management, Pricing, 3rd Party integration, Back Order Processing.
- Detailed understanding of SAP technical objects - User exit/enhancement & Workflows
- Experience working with WRICEF objects and data management
- Designing, adapting, and enhancing interfaces to / from SAP
- Managing cross functional support with other functional analysts and technical team
- Managing the incident, problem and change management processes
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and future SAP roadmaps
- Experience in service design, delivery, and enhancements
- Ability to work collaboratively with a distributed team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Required:
• Education: Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience required; MBA a plus.
• 4+ years of leading large corporate projects
• Has developed depth and breadth of expertise in business analysis
• Has developed depth and breadth of knowledge about the enterprise's business processes and proposes process enhancements
• Possesses advanced negotiating skills and exercises those skills in procurement of resources, negotiation of scope and process boundaries with the line of business representatives and between functional areas. • Strong leadership ability
• Think linear as well as lateral to identify wide ranging functional impacts to changes made to applications and/or ERP functionality
• Excellent verbal and written skills to articulate solution options and recommendations
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
