**Description:**

DIRECT HIRE OPEN POSITIONS: 11-4-21

Pay Rate: Starting at $18 per hour (based on experience)

EXTRUSION OPEN POSITIONS:

** 3 open- 3rd shift extrusion (12 hr shifts) (6pm- 6am) Sunday-Thurs

** 1 Open -1st shift extrusion 6:00am-2:30pm Monday- Friday **2-4 years extrusion required**

** 1 Open - 2nd shift- extrusion 2:00pm-10:30pm**

• EXTRUSION Typical Day:

• Candidate will operate extrusion machine to process precision custom plastics

• Will perform change overs

• Will follow work instructions and blueprints

• Will perform line set up and repair equipment

• Will utilize hand and power tools

• Will be lifting 50 lbs

• Will troubleshoot repairs

• Will drive a tow motor

• Perform quality checks and document

• Will be operating in a fast pace environment

• Will assist in packaging product and prepare for shipping

• Will utilize measurement tools such as micrometers and calipers

MACHINE OPERATOR / SHIPPING POSITIONS

2 OPEN - 3rd shift machine operator/ shipping (11:00pm-7:00am) - Sunday-Thurs

TYPICAL DAY:

Pay Rate: $16-19 per hour

• Candidate will be responsible for performing various jobs throughout the plant

• Will assist in operating finishing equipment

• Will prepare orders for shipment in warehouse

• Will be trained to perform set ups and change overs on a line

• Will utilize hand and power tools

• Will break down pallets and build pallets for shipping

• Will be lifting 50 lbs at times

• Will perform quality checks

• Will be trained to drive forklift

• Will perform documentation and quality checks

• Will work on extrusion line when needed to inspect parts as they are coming off of the line to ensure accuracy and quality standards

• Will perform inventory checks

• Will be utilizing a computer - and Microsoft office applications

2. Must have mechanical aptitude

3. Must have troubleshoot and repair experience

4. Must be able to lift 50 lbs

5. Must have experience with Microsoft word and excel
