We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and caring Office Assistant to join our quickly growing team!

As an Office Assistant, you will spend your days:
- Maintain and audits child records in accordance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Enforces all safety rules and regulations
- Enforces safety habits that result in a clean and healthy environment for children, including universal precautions.
- Ensures that medication is administered as instructed and stored properly.
- Maintains all infant feeding schedules with updates as required by the regulatory agencies.
- Understands emergency procedures in case of emergency situations. Capable of administering CPR or First Aid when necessary, including lifting and carrying injured children.
- Able to react quickly with sound judgment in complex and critical situations, such as injuries or accidents.
- Recognizes parent concerns, evaluates course of action and responds appropriately to the needs of families. Communicates family concerns to the Executive Director.
- Maintains proper child-staff ratios.
- Maintains positive professional relationships with the children, staff members and families.
- Able to perform the duties of other staff members as assigned by the Executive Director.
