We believe strong, long-term relationships are built by spending time together. That is why we encourage all our clients to meet with us in person at least twice a year.

You will provide overall administrative and operational client service support to assist the business activities of several Financial Advisors and/or the President. You will provide assistance by establishing new accounts, processing account transfers and distribution requests as well as executing trades. You will handle telephone calls and other inquiries, as well as resolve account problems. You will establish and maintain files to meet regulatory requirements, create and produce reports and maintain databases while establishing and maintaining files and record keeping necessary to support service efforts.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of financial services experience

  • Effective organizational, time management, and prioritizing skills
  • Strong technical skills ( MS Word & Excel, database management, etc.)
  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
