Our Administrative Services & Facilities team is seeking a talented individual to help support the firm's staff of employees as a Front Desk Administrative Assistant. This position will reside in our Youngstown, Ohio office and will report to the Manager of Administrative Services & Facilities.

We are very excited about our growth opportunities and are seeking hard working individuals to join our team!
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
  • Copying and collating client tax returns and financial statements
  • Posting and delivering mail, handling UPS Packages, etc.
  • Ordering and setting up lunches for internal meetings
  • Assist with scheduling various internal events
  • Stocking and cleaning kitchen and other common areas
  • Typing envelopes, labels, and documents
  • Scanning documents
  • Handling a variety of one-off and recurring requests which may not be listed here
Qualifications:
Requirements
  • Work at a part-time capacity of 20 hours per week year-round. Potential for more hours during deadlines (March/April, Sept, Oct.)
  • Entry level position- some office experience preferred
  • Computer savvy- Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Physically demanding position as it relates to stocking pop, carrying office supplies, etc.
  • Must have excellent people and communication skills with a team player attitude
