Looking for a motivated Real Estate Executive Assistant to support a top producing agent in completing administrative, contract to close, customer service, and marketing tasks. The ideal candidate can solve problems quickly and is highly detail-oriented and self-motivated! Willing to train the right fit so it's a win-win for everyone.

$2k-$3k/month with goal-oriented bonuses every quarter

Compensation:

$2,000 - $3,000 monthly

Responsibilities:

  • Build, implement, and manage all systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, database management, information management, and back-office support
  • Customer service-based phone calls and communication to clients, agents, title companies, mortgage companies, and whoever else is needed to get a transaction to the closing table
  • Create and maintain an Operations Manual that documents all systems and standards
  • Guard the rainmaker's daily schedule
  • Review contract and listings documents for completion
  • Be the first point of contact in handling customer inquiries or complaints
  • Keep the rainmaker informed regarding any problems or issues that need to be handled
  • Customer/Vendor relations and communication
  • Database Management includes but is not limited to updating information, marketing / smart plans, and all other appropriate functions of Command
  • Marketing and Social Media
  • Identify and implement innovative ideas to help gro w the business
  • Support, as needed, for the Property Management division

Qualifications:
  • Real estate experience preferred but not required
  • Possesses discernment for working with confidential information and tight deadlines
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. required

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive & willing to take initiative to solve problems - think like a solution finder!
  • Learning-based, Tech-Savvy, Proven Track Record of learning & using multiple software systems
  • Marketing and Social Media experience preferred
  • Service-based attitude
  • Proven ability to succeed
