Kelly Services is seeking an Engineering Account Executive within our Engineering Solutions/Staffing Division!

Job Title: Engineering Account Executive

Location: Remote/Oklahoma City, OK

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Salary: $60K - $80K base salary plus uncapped commissions

Responsibilities

· Initiate and conduct introductory meetings with potential and current strategic hiring partners experiencing or expecting growth.

· Observe client sites & conduct research on hiring market and skill set supply/demand.

· Develop loyal relationships and understanding of the motivators that drive growth.

· Qualify partnership potential and gain commitment from executives/decision-makers, engineering directors, engineering managers, etc.

· Lead, educate & train a team of specialized engineering recruiters. We all work cohesively together to provide the best workforce solutions in the industry.

· Implementation of organization & delivery systems to establish best time management & most efficient processes

· Be that "CEO" of a given sales region

Qualifications

· Solutions oriented, consultative and the ability to have a strategic sales approach

· Be able to build long term sales relationships with stakeholders

· Staffing sales experience is required

· College degree required

· Be passionate about connecting talented people with meaningful careers around the nation

· Some short, local day travel required which includes going to client sites and facilities
