ISN is seeking a Claims Specialist to support the HUD Sec-Held contract.

In this role, you will use some subject-matter knowledge and judgment to complete assignments consisting of numerous steps, varying in nature and sequence.

* Protects the privacy of borrowers by ensuring only those authorized are being provided confidential loan information.
* Reviews and validates high volume of incoming Partial Claims documentation based on internal protocols, utilize internal and external databases, as well as update systems of record while maintaining accurate logs to maintain the effective processing and tracking of Partial Claims related tasks.
* Conducts systematic and timely follow-ups on Partial Claims rejects, identifies Partial Claims or process-related issues, and prioritizes workflow to ensure all Partial Claims documents are verified within required timeframes.
* Follows procedures, while providing support, as needed, with audits and other loan servicing functions, and adhere to company, investor and insurer guidelines.
* Works independently or with a group in a fast-paced environment to meet goals and deadlines
* Builds strong relationships with coworkers for the creation of a positive, collaborative working environment and the preservation of high morale.
* Exercises good judgment with the application of ISN and client policies/procedures/requirements as they relate to Claims-related tasks and other inquiries.
* Performs other tasks as assigned.
