Job Details:

Heartland's Talent Acquisition team is looking for a Promising Entrepreneur (known as an Intern elsewhere) to join us! The selected individual's insightful contribution will assist in collaborating and implementing processes while building sustainable relationships and gaining familiarity with Talent Acquisition practices and HR Technology.

The internship will consist of a project-based assignment to broaden learning, provide a hands-on experience, organizational knowledge and business acumen.

What will you be doing?

  • Assist the Talent Acquisition team with administrative tasks relating to the end-to-end recruitment process for all open requisitions via applicant tracking system
  • Manage underutilized resource tools
  • Use resources to identify an actionable list of contacts for each search
  • Maintain and build a candidate network
  • Industry research as needed
  • Manage application/resume file and retention according to company policy


What are the requirements?
  • Currently enrolled in a related degree program (B.S. or Master's degree) from an accredited college or university
  • Passion for Recruiting profession
  • Strong professional drive
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to be trusted with confidential issues and data
