One of TEKsystem's largest customers is currently searching for an IT Project Manager to join their team!

The Sr. Project Manager establishes, maintains, and drives business case development, requirements, project delivery, and process development for the technology department. They are responsible for leading several concurrent strategic initiatives from early idea inception to production release. They will develop and mature project management and business analysis methodologies to improve transparency, consistency, and quality. They will also partner and communicate proactively to leaders to build positive relationships and ensure the delivery of IT commitments.

This individual will help schedule meetings, track resources, track timelines, etc. They need someone well-rounded to handle multiple IT projects interfacing with business and IT Build and Infrastructure members. It is extremely important that the person be organized and have excellent communication skills. They must have experience working with MS Excel, Word, and Outlook. If they have experience working with MS Project it is a bonus.

Top Skills Details:

1. Seasoned Project Management experience managing projects in heavily integrated environments.

2. Candidate must be extremely organized and well-rounded within IT and be able to identify/communicate critical paths with a variety of audiences.

3. Experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Organized, excellent communication. Candidates must have their PMP or have experience in a lead or senior PM role. They will need to be able to navigate the environment pretty quickly and with little oversight and guidance.
