International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF) has an exciting opportunity for an HR Business Partner to join the North America People Services Team. This position is based in Pryor, OK and supports the Carrollton, TX site. This position is responsible for talent acquisition (about 50%), coordinating and implementing HR initiatives such as performance and talent management, training & development, organizational design, and provides general HR and employee relations support.

You will bring 3 + years of expertise in a generalist HR position. You will thrive working in a corporate matrix environment that demands a high level of critical thinking, can do attitude and superior level of interpersonal savvy. In this fast paced agile environment, you will have a strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, and exceptional collaboration skills. The nature of this role requires someone to be both hands on and strategic.

Job Requirements

You will spend your time:

Business Partnering:

Act as a trusted advisor, coach, and consultant for business leaders.

Build business intimacy and credibility to be consulted and actively contribute to overall business

decisions.

Talent Acquisition:

Ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time.

Understand the business's hiring needs, calendar and priories including a clear plan on workforce

planning.

Change Management:

Lead and support organizational structure change and process improvement efforts.

HR Strategy/Initiatives:

Ensure the effective implementation of HR & business initiatives.

Support projects through involvement on HR and/or business lead project teams.

HR Analytics:

Ensure a high level of diligence around HR data integrity.

Ensure timely and accurate input of data into various HR systems.

Regularly audit system data that impact the HR analytics dashboard.

Required Skills & Abilities

Technical Skills - Strong knowledge of and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools & HR IS system

reporting and analysis (SAP & Success Factors preferred).

Critical Thinking - Uses problem solving skills to assist in determining priorities.

Collaboration - Successfully collaborates on projects and programs.

Accountability - Takes responsibility for consistent completion and follow-up on.

meet multiple deadlines.

Change Management - Ability to formulate plans and lead change and transformation activities.

Talent Acquisition - Ability to lead talent acquisition activities including but not limited to: requisitioning, recruiting, interviewing, on-boarding, etc.

Travel - Flexible work - remote/on-site and travel up to 25% of the time.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field

Minimum 3 years' HR experience
