Robert Half Finance and Accounting currently has a full-time opportunity for an internal audit manager who's looking to build their career in a thriving, dynamic setting in the TULSA, Oklahoma area. This role also offers a REMOTE setting with some in-office meetings and is open to someone working from 7 AM to 4 PM or even 6 AM to 3 PM.

This position will assist in researching and applying emerging auditing techniques, and help accomplish objectives by bringing a disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of internal controls and governance processes.

Job Duties include:

· Test internal controls to support compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act

· Schedule and conduct walk-throughs with process owners and external auditors

· Perform reviews of internal controls and business practices

· Provide clear and concise recommendations for operational and control improvements

· Prepare timely and accurate reports of review findings to be shared with the CFO

· Research and apply data analytics and emerging audit techniques

· Identify potential business risks and inefficiencies for consideration in the annual audit plan

· Analyze and prepare required work papers for external auditors

· Assist in due diligence and integration processes to assess control impacts for investments or acquisitions

· Perform other related duties and lead special projects as assigned

Requirements:

· 8-10 years of experience

· Public accounting industry experience required

· BA/BS in Accounting, CPA credentials are required
