Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team in Tulsa. In this role, you will help develop and establish new business opportunities and managing relationships with new and existing clients.

Essential Functions Include:

• Identify and develop relationships with industry professionals to generate new business opportunities.
• Create and expand Key's footprint and build a positive reputation for yourself and the company.
• Ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
• Attend industry events and other meetings to stay abreast of market conditions, provide ongoing progress updates on new business development activities and other key indicators to the management team.
• Coordinate and assist in the proposal process with Key's marketing and project management teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Experience with Non-Profits, Hospitality, Multi-family and/or Healthcare is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and excellent presentation skills are required.
• Strong organization, leadership, negotiation and delegation skills are required.
• Must be able to interact effectively and diplomatically with a number of diverse people, both on an individual basis as well as within group situations.
• Proven ability to develop lasting, positive customer relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
