This position is responsible for providing technical support to customers via email and phone. Effective team member has a deep understanding of drug testing and/or other TEAM services and will handle advanced inquires. Randoms Coordinator supports in depth functions for the Randoms Department including roster maintenance, alternate selection, pre-employment management, unmatched random results and customer random notification. Effective team member will recommend solutions to increase efficiency, update operational procedures and processes.



  • Monitor and respond to email inquiries within 2 business hours
  • Process pre-employment roster updates for assigned companies within 2 business days
  • Process unmatched random tests within 2 business days
  • Contact and notify random consortium selections within 14 business days of the beginning of the quarter
  • Assist with uncollected random notices at the end of each quarter
  • Support random inquiries and functions daily
  • Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  1. Experience: High School diploma with 2-4 years of industry experience
  2. Computer Skills: High level knowledge of business-related computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat/PDFs - ability to edit and create, scanning)
  3. Soft Skills Required:

4. Work Environment:

  • Maintain confidentiality in accordance with government, organization and department policies
  • Demonstrate reliability supporting TEAM attendance standards as attendance and punctuality are key to the success for all
  • This job operates primarily in a clerical office setting in Oklahoma City/Tulsa. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. You must be able to sit for long periods of time.
