We are currently searching for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our fast-growing start-up team! This is a full-time contract to hireposition located in Tulsa, OK. In this position you will have the opportunity to manage and grow our B2B & B2C social media presence, grow our email Marketing audiences and manage our websites.

About the Position:

• Design Digital Marketing Strategies and set measurable goals
• Manage social media accounts, focusing on growing engagement, conversion, and followers with relevant and interesting content for inTulsa and Talent inTulsa.
• Update, optimize, and implement continuous improvements on inTulas's website's and develop high-performing Landing Pages
• Optimize content considering SEO and Google Analytics
• Analyze KPIs and digital traffic metrics to improve performance and drive conversions on different channels (Website, social media, Landing Pages, Digital campaigns, Nurture Campaigns, Newsletter distribution, among others)
• Manage email Marketing campaigns to nurture customer relationships

Skills and Qualifications: (even if you do not meet these skills 100%, we still welcome you to apply)

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
• 5+ years of digital marketing experience
• Experience with Mailchimp, Herefish, Hootsuite, Webflow, Canva or similar platforms
• Experience with Google Analytics
• Knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics
• Experience with SEO, website design, and traffic metrics
