Overview:

SpringPoint, a fast-paced IT Staffing and Managed Services company, is selectively searching for an experienced Sales Leader to expand our presence throughout Oklahoma and Northwest Arkansas. This Sales Leader will partner with the General Manager and Managed Services team members to identify and secure new clients to grow SpringPoint's Managed Services client portfolio. In this role, you will be expected to build and implement an effective sales strategy and team necessary to achieve SpringPoint's growth objectives throughout the region. Responsibilities of this role include providing leadership, oversight and direction to the sales organization as well as providing account management for SpringPoint's key accounts.


Responsibilities include:

  • Develop sales team and talent pipeline; coach, train, motivate and grow sales staff.
  • Plan and direct sales staff activities and objectives to maximize sales volume as well as identify employee performance goals and measurements
  • Establish training requirements and manage performance improvement
  • Develop sales forecasts and projections
  • Develop sales and market share plans
  • Develop, meet and exceed sales goals through prospecting, qualifying, managing and closing team's sales opportunities in new and existing accounts.
  • Accountable for the entire sales process
  • Practice effective, excellent communication with direct reports, management, customers and team members
  • Assist in development of new marketing and lead generation programs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local and national IT Vendors

The successful candidate will have demonstrated sales leadership and deal shaping acumen by developing and growing long term, high value client relationships and a successful sales organization. The ideal candidate will be passionate about understanding prospect's business needs and building key client relationships. We are looking for someone with a desire to build a professional sales team within a high growth organization that is looking to move its Managed Services business to another level.

Reports To: General Manager, Managed Services

This position can sit in Tulsa, OK, Northwest Arkansas, or Oklahoma City.
