Human Resources Coordinator

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

As HR Coordinator you will be part of the Division team responsible for electronically processing and maintaining a fast-paced, high volume of personnel documentation on employment actions while the highest level of customer service to a remote regional team.

In particular, you will:

* Administer and process high-volume and time-sensitive electronic HR transactions for onboarding associates, including new hires, employee change of status and transfers, and terminations. Work with third party vendors to initiate and process pre-employment background investigations; new hire drug screens; pre-employment physicals.
* Maintain compliance with E-Verify regulations and ensure all new hires are E-Verified in accordance with regulations.
* Ensure accurate input and maintenance of all employee data into HRMS.
* Set-up and maintain electronic storage of all employee files (personnel and medical), assuring accuracy, compliance and confidentiality is maintained.
* Administers the division's monthly DOT and safety sensitive random drug screening programs, including notifying field management; monitoring completion of screenings; working with Third Party Administrator (TPA) to ensure all documentation is correct within the database, and the reviewing and coding of ad hoc TPA invoices for payment.

Are you a MATCH?

* High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) is required. Some college education, or an Associates or Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent combination of education and experience desired.
* 1 -3 years experience using electronic HR systems including ADP Enterprise Version EV5 or another HRMS system, Applicant Tracking System (ATS), eVerify, electronic filing systems desired.

Other key requirements:

* Experience processing a high-volume with excellent accuracy levels of data.
* Ability to problem solve, while following company and federally regulated operating procedures.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and Google Suites desired.
* Experience in a supporting a multi-state
