Job Description
The Lead Sales Development Representative (SDR) role supports the marketing, promotion, and sales of our company across the US & Canada as a member of a team dedicated to developing new business and establishing long-lasting business partnerships. The SDR develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new accounts, building rapport, providing technical information and explanations, and qualifying leads. This position will report to the Lead SDR.

Location: This is an in office position for those already in Tulsa, OK or willing to relocate to Tulsa, OK.

In this role, the SDR will:

  • Source leads
  • Schedule and conduct qualifying meetings with potential customers
  • Schedule and conduct product demonstrations
  • Active follow up with potential customers until qualified for outside sales
  • Make calls, send emails, and conduct social media outreach
  • Provide administrative support, as requested
  • Contact and follow-up on annual customer renewals
  • Create quotes
  • Provide feedback to product management team regarding feature enhancements and customer requests for new functionality
  • Provide feedback and input to marketing team supporting product sales and customer/prospect engagement
  • Answer and respond to customer support requests (handle or route as appropriate)
  • Ensure all required training is completed timely
  • Ensure all quality management system policies and procedures are followed
  • Ensure all regulatory requirements, including HIPAA compliance, are met in supporting and selling our products

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in exercise science, kinesiology, physical education, athletic training, or other related field
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to problems
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers
