Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must live close to Tulsa, Oklahoma, with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- 1+ years of previous leasing experience
- 1+ years of sales and customer service experience
- Highly developed, positive, caring customer service and sales skills
- Ability to provide top-notch customer service to prospects and residents with a positive, can-do attitude
- Must be able to communicate at a professional level in-person, on the phone, and via email
- Ability to work smart and effectively in a very fast-paced environment while meeting company deadlines
- Ability to meet property leasing and renewal goals
- Highly-developed organizational and time management skills to perform all the Leasing Professional duties timely and efficiently
- Professional appearance and dress code compliance required
- Desire to be successful and grow professionally
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Yardi/property management software is a plus)
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, time manage, organize, multi-task, sense of urgency
- Must be flexible with work schedule requirements; weekends required
- English fluency
Occasional resident events or emergencies will necessitate working outside of regular business hours. There may be times when called upon based on rare necessities.
