Onboarding and Recruiting Coordinator



The Onboarding & Recruiting Coordinator performs a full range of advanced administrative support, record keeping, and organizational duties. Assigned tasks are generally complex and diverse in nature requiring broad and comprehensive experience, skill, and knowledge of company policies and practices. This position facilitates considerable coordination and follow-through; maintains relationships with Recruiters while executing superior customer service; sets priorities and procedures for accomplishing work assignment and complying with strict deadlines.



* Management of inbox which serves as point of contact for internal and external candidates, hiring managers, and recruiting team.

* Management of contingent worker process.

* Interview scheduling on an as needed basis.

* Management of requisitions and job postings.

* Initiate onboarding process and assign to Onboarding Specialist.

* Order supplies and send badges.



Experience required:



This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of an Associate's Degree in Business or Human Resources and 2-3 years experience including 1 year in Human Resources or previous experience in an equivalent office/HR experience.
