Job description

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned)

Specific duties will depend on Cypress's priorities, but may include:

* Handle all incoming and outgoing calls from candidates regarding portal, resumes, and prescreening.
* Call candidates intended for candidate pools to prescreen.
* Ensure all candidates going into candidate pools have been properly prescreened according to the prescreening template.
* Add all candidate interactions in the interactions tab of each candidate profile.
* Reports to the Inspector Talent Specialist.
* Answer questions from candidates.
* Add candidates to appropriate candidate pool in Oracle.
* Follow up with candidates in pools every 30 days to confirm availability.
* Communicate any red flags with Inspector Talent Specialist or Inspector Liaison.
* Work with Intern 2 to ensure all resumes are getting formatted correctly with the correct information.
* Monitor job boards and call candidates that have applied to prescreen and add to appropriate candidate pools.
* Update ITS about candidates that do not get the green light.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

* Currently seeking degree in Human Resources or related field.
* General interest in learning of the recruiting process.
* Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Internal - Work is normally performed in a climate-controlled office environment.

External - Work is not performed externally.
