This position will report to the Director of Talent Acquisition for HHS and will serve Hillcrest HealthCare System. What You'll Do The successful candidate will be able to: Provide a wide range of Talent Acquisition consulting services specifically in the recruitment of clinical roles Partner and serve as the primary HR contact to hiring managers throughout the hospital Construct organized, leading and meaningful job postings off unit profiles developed by hiring managers Actively participate in the development and implementation of strategies and programs to improve recruitment and meet strategic organizational goals Provide recruitment and consultant support to specific assigned areas of the hospital Develop recruitment plans to source, identify and attract qualified candidates to fill current job openings and meet staffing requirements Initiate all position requisitions and monitor for accuracy and system compliance Manage incoming candidates in the ATS and coordinate them through the interview and hiring process Conduct detailed screening interviews for all qualified applicants Consult with hiring manager on a regular basis regarding applicant flow, hiring needs, and execution of the recruiting plan Contribute to team goals and performance metrics to achieve quality hires Participate in and or lead special events, task forces or committees What You'll Bring Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred Minimum of 3+ years' experience in a recruiting related position Experience sourcing hard to fill positions in a Healthcare facility and/or agency environment would be a plus Sales experience could be substituted for 1 year of recruiting experience Position requires fluency in English language to function in job environment appropriately Good interpersonal, communication, team-work, and customer service skills Strong organizational, problem-solving and follow-through skills Ability to multi-task constantly, react to changes quickly/productively, and tolerate interruptions Ability to perform work when no directions are given, and give directions to others Remain flexible, organized, professional and able to analyze, make sound decisions under stressful or crisis situations Demonstrate knowledge of current computer systems, equipment or programs used in the organization, knowledge of PeopleFluent ATS is a plus!
