As we grow, we're looking for our first Lead Recruiter at Juni. This person will help develop the talent on the team scaling our product, and should be excited about working with a tight-knit, fast-paced team, dedicated to fundamentally changing how students learn around the world.

Responsibilities

* Build a strong candidate pipeline through sourcing and screening for open roles in engineering, design, product, data/analytics, and occasionally G&A
* Lead collaboration with team leaders to forecast hiring goals and needs
* Build and drive scalable recruiting processes and strategies with an eye on candidate experience
* Facilitate job offers and new hire onboarding
* Track candidates through an ATS platform and report on hiring metrics to business leaders

Qualifications

* 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
* Passion for building teams and delivering exceptional candidate experience
* Proven abilities to attract senior candidates and to build diverse pipelines
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness
* Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements
* Openness to changing priorities (at a startup growing quickly, they often do)
* Work authorization in the US
* Previous experience as a STEM tutor or teaching assistant a plus
