Job description

CFS is hiring an Sales Recruiter! This is an Associate - Mid Level role focused on managing both rides of recruiting: candidate sourcing and client development.

Day-to-Day in this Position:

  • Create a network of professionals in your city. You will maintain a list of vetted candidates as well as collaborate with your team to find the best possible fit for each job.
  • Post job ads, screen resumes, search for talent, interview candidates, conduct reference checks and verify qualifications.
  • Prospect and connect with hiring managers to discover job opportunities and sell our services.
  • Match ideal candidates to each open job and then collect commission!
  • We are on a hybrid schedule! You will work most days remotely. Our office is centrally located right next to City Hall/the Beaverton Central Light Rail stop with lots to do nearby and plenty of delicious lunch options.
  • Amenities: Free, covered parking may also be used nights and weekends for concerts, art exhibits, the Night Market, etc. Beautiful, open office building with big, operable windows and balcony lounge areas.
