HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT COORDINATOR:

Position will perform varied, complex and detailed administrative functions for the Human Resources Department while exercising discretion in protecting and releasing confidential information. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Maintaining and processing online training programs and Member training records, as well as following up on missing or incomplete Member trainings.

  • Responsible for the tracking of the Safety Incentive program for all locations.

  • Assisting the Fleet Safety Coordinator with the set-up and implementation of driver files.

  • Performing any other duties as assigned.


This position will require one to three years Human Resources experience and/or training; or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Qualified applicant should be self-motivated, possess exceptional organization skills, and demonstrate a high level of professionalism. Must be able to work in a team environment. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, above average in Excel, One Drive and have the ability to learn new software systems.
