Contract-to-Hire or Direct Hire

Kelly is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Portfolio Analyst to work with our Hillsboro-based client, a nonprofit organization in the financial services field, on a temp-to-hire or direct hire basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join the growing team of an industry-leading organization that has seen over 60 years of success. The position will start out onsite during training and will later have the flexibility to work from home two days per week.
The Commercial Real Estate Portfolio Analyst will:
- Analyze existing commercial loans and evaluate ongoing performance levels while also ensuring compliance to specific performance requirements due to repair, replacement reserve, violations, etc.
- Complete financial and repayment analysis with a focus on cash flow, liquidity, and leverage analysis
- Partner with borrowers, lenders, legal counsel, commercial loan officers, and servicing regarding commercial real estate finance and loan administration
- Request, collect, and review quarterly and annual review documentation
- Create and present relevant loan portfolio reports as required
- Maintain compliance monitoring database that tracks credit approval requirements and receipt of financial reporting requirements
- Conduct research as required to maintain an up-to-date knowledge of products, rates, and compliance
- Manage and process requests relating to various areas of Commercial Lending Servicing
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
- At least one year of experience in an analyst role supporting commercial lending, preferable commercial real estate lending
- Experience analyzing complex tax returns and other financials
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel experience
- Demonstrated ability to present complex commercial lending and credit risk related information
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize work appropriately to meet deadlines
