100% Remote Senior Business Analyst -Long Term Contract

TEKsystems is seeking an Sr Analyst, Business Analysis. Our business analysis professionals are responsible for working closely with business partners to identify the need for change in how our people and systems work. Through analysis and requirements elicitation and management efforts, business analysts identify opportunities and solutions that will maximize the value delivered by IT to its stakeholders.

Business Analysts serve as the key mediator or bridge between business and IT stakeholders. These associates help ensure that technology is planned and delivered in a manner that just doesn't provide a new application or user interface, but directly supports the business' strategy, goals, and objectives, which in turn allows our business partners to better serve our policyholders.

Essential Job Functions

+ Conducts activities to elicit and obtain necessary information from stakeholders to form requirements

+ Captures and documents elicitation findings from elicitation sessions

+ Validates requirements with stakeholders

+ Manages requirement traceability from business case to implemented solution

+ Assesses impacts of changes to requirements and communicates as appropriate

+ Facilitates the prioritization of requirements based on business value, cost to deliver and time constraints

+ Partners and communicates with stakeholders to ensure understanding of requirements

+ Organizes, prepares and presents requirement documentation provided by stakeholders

+ Performs user acceptance testing
