Job description

Russell Tobin & Associates is seeking a Jr HR Analyst to work on a remote basis. This position is a 1-year contract role that could be extended or go permanent for the right candidate.

Job Duties:

Position is a support role requiring more work direction whereby worker follows generally defined procedures. Partnering with Global Program Leaders to champion Global Business Processes and systems through consultation with Recruiters/HR Specialists worldwide. Analyzing Global Business Processes to identify potential system/process enhancements to enable continued progress toward strategic objectives.

Creating training plans and materials and presenting to global clients. System Configuration/updates, including career sections, workflows, user-defined fields, system correspondences. Maintenance of user accounts and security access. Partnering with local IT to diagnose and correct integration errors. Working with vendor consultants to upgrade and enhance systems.

Analyzing Service Pack upgrade release notes. Creating test plans and performing system testing Auditing system usage and adherence to policies. Working on SharePoint and other collaboration sites. Supporting data gathering through reporting tools. Other project work as required.

Preferred Qualifications: Global relationship management knowledge and expertise (ie. customer service), Demonstrated ability to research client issues and lead them toward resolution that aligns with business goals, System administration experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, System administration experience with Vendor Management Systems and Experience using PeopleSoft and SAP.

Qualifications:

Minimum High School diploma or equivalent
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot issues and lead toward resolution that aligns with business goals
Experience with Learning Management System [SumTotal preferred]
Self-starter, excellent communication skills, ability to work with minimum supervision
If possible: experience with adult learning/education, corporate learning & development
