Job description

City Wide Facility Solutions is immediately searching for an upbeat Business Development Specialist with Cold Calling Experience.

The BDS supports the sales team and is responsible for setting sales appointments and selling B2B building maintenance solutions.

Essential functions

* Makes proactive phone calls and sends emails to business owners, facility managers, property managers and decision makers to generate appointments.
* Sells City Wide services to potential prospects that results in increased sales per month.
* Manages all sales prospecting and communication activities in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
* Handles incoming phone calls and requests for information.
* Supports the sales team by creating sales presentations, scheduling appointments with prospects, communicating lost accounts and competitor analysis.

Requirements

* 1-2 years of successful sales and/or sales support work experience in a B2B sales environment.
* Cold calling experience over the phone and in person.
* Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar platform
* Excellent communication skills (written/oral)
* Prior history of building and establishing relationships
* Capable of working independently and on a team
