Data Engineer - Contract - Portland, OR - $55.00-$57.00/hr

Cognizant is seeking a Data Engineer in Portland, OR.

Skills & Requirements

• 8+ strong experience in Performance Managamenet Applications & Reporting

• 7+ years of TM1/Planning Analytics (TM1 Rules TI Processes PAx PAW).

• 7+ years of work experience & 6+ years of Cognos BI / Cognos Analytics Framework Manager Modeling experience required.

• 4+ years of Cognos BI / Cognos Analytics Report Development experience required Solid knowledge of HTML CSS & Javascript required.

• Design & development experience in driver based planning capabilities preferred

• Manages the implementation of complex enhancements to existing Planning Analytics applications

• Implement TM1 security across implementations.

• Proven understanding of data warehousing concepts & Strong Structured Query Language (SQL) fundamentals required

• Hands-on experience working with ETL / ELT Platforms

• Python programming background will be nice to have.

• Good understanding of AWS or experience with any other public cloud platforms like GCP Azure Perform source system analysis identification of key data issues data profiling and development of normalized and star-snowflake physical schemas. • Previous work experience in an Agile team 10. · Any prior exposure to Planning Analytics RESTAPI nice to have.

• Automation experience in testing (unit testing functional testing system testing).
