This firm has big growth goals in place and are needing to add an innovative Director of Sales to the team.

JOB:

As the Director of Sales, you will collaborate with the CEO while growing the company's client base and leading a sales team of two. You will apply a strategic and diversified outreach strategy while prospecting, primarily targeting C-level and VP decision-makers in HR. Due to the company serving clients globally, you will have extensive territory sourcing freedom. When you are not selling or mentoring, you will develop sales playbooks and collaborate with leadership to strategize future sales hiring efforts.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of successful full-cycle B2B individual contributing experience selling business services or technology
  • 2+ years of sales leadership experience
  • Proven success in hiring and developing B2B inside sales professionals
  • Player-coach leadership style and collaborative personality
  • Autonomous work ethic with past experience functioning in a remote environment
  • Articulate communicator with a consultative selling style
  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • MUST live in the Portland, OR-Metro area
