About the Job
We have an exciting opportunity for a Full-Time Electronic Health Record Support Specialist I at our Portland Service Center in Portland, OR. This position has the primary responsibility of resolving incoming support cases related to all facets of Electronic Health Records via multiple avenues (phone, web, email). You will work closely with the Training Department to develop and track trainings for staff, clinicians and providers. Regular participation in staff meetings and trainings are mandatory.
Work Schedule: Full Time (40 hours per week), 8 hour day shifts

Starting at $21.00+ an hour DOE/Credentials.
What You'll Need
- Associates Degree in Information Technology OR 2 Years Troubleshooting/providing helpdesk support for EHR (or similar systems)
- Comfortable developing & facilitating formal and informal classroom, on-the-job trainings, cross trainings, new employee orientation and remote trainings.
- Familiar with all facets of Electronic Health Records logged via phone, web, email
- QMHA Designation or Clinical experience is a PLUS
Successful applicants MUST have a valid Oregon driver's license, maintain a safe driving record, and the ability to pass a DHS criminal background check.
