YOU WILL PROVIDE:

  • Serve as a key liaison between management and key internal and external partners providing excellent customer service to create positive outcomes
  • Take meeting notes during board meetings capturing key action items and distribution to board members
  • Prepare and distribute necessary information required for meetings to ensure all members have essential documents
  • Schedule meetings with multiple attendees in Outlook
  • Communicate effectively and clearly in writing via Teams chat and email correspondence
  • Transcribe correspondence and prepare professional letters and documents

YOU WILL HAVE:

  • 3 years' experience supporting executives.
  • Microsoft suite managing multiple calendars and invites in Outlook
  • Strong writing, proofreading and verbal communications skill
  • Proven track record of excellent follow-through and accountability
  • Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent time management with the ability to prioritize multiple time sensitive deadlines
  • Vaccination documentation or willingness for weekly testing
