Our client operates a well-respected private club and is seeking an experienced Front Desk Manager to oversee hospitality and business operations for a team of approximately 20 people. The organization has a history of strong employee retention and for promoting great people up through the ranks. If you have experience, a genuine passion for hospitality and are an enjoy leading people this career-defining opportunity could be for you.


Salary: $70k-$80k | Benefits: Full


Essential Experience:



  • Leadership/Management of a hospitality focused team of employees

  • Strong service acumen dedication to the guest experience

  • Organization/Planning well organized and proactive

  • Financial Acumen knows how to maximize productivity within budget guidelines


Qualification:



  • Fully Vaccinated or approved for a legal exception

  • College degree or Equivalent Experience

  • Minimum of 2-years of experience managing a team

  • Professional, Positive demeanor

  • Computer skills
