The Place Portland team is hiring for the Listing Coordinator role. This opportunity is for someone that loves design, staging and customer service!

We are a top producing Real Estate team at Keller Williams Realty Portland Central and are looking for talented people who learn quickly, embrace challenge and have a passion for helping people "find their place".

As a listing coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting every element of the process of helping our clients prepare their home to be put on the market, design marketing campaigns, and manage active listings and requests. You must have skills and an eye for clean design and a knack for clear communication. You should be a rockstar at working in a collaborative work environment and have incredible follow up skills and a willingness to see clients through to an accepted offer. You must be able to interface in an enthusiastic, friendly and professional way.

This position requires that you have your Oregon Real Estate License or an interest in obtaining it. (We can help you work through that process). You will be working closely with both our listing agents and our clients and be the first point of contact in marketing their home. You will have an amazing team behind you supporting you to achieve your goals and advance your real estate career with the flexibility in schedule known to the Real Estate industry. We are a growing team and potential for advancing is abundant. If you excel at this position, you will have a chance to be a listing agent, listing director and more.

Positions are only limited by candidates ability to build capacity within this role and exceed their own salary goals. With a referral structure in place, for every client you bring to the team, you will get 25% referral fee for potential to grow your passive income streams.

Some regular work activities are as follows:

Market and prospect for new listing business

Design team marketing campaigns (Social media, print, and digital)

Analyze and seek new marketing ideas

Prequalify listing appointments

Prepare CMA's and listing presentations

Deliver pre-listing packages

Schedule and coordinate photographer, stager and other vendors for listing preparation

Schedule and attend consultation meeting after signed listing contract

Communicate regularly with listing clients

Ensure all listing paperwork is accurate and completed before list date

Ensure sign is up and house is ready to show

Schedule and manage open houses

Communicate what to expect, best practices, and standards to all listing clients

Prepare, post and manage all listing marketing materials

Ensure listing is advertised within office

Evaluate showing feedback and reevaluate pricing or marketing as needed

Liaise with transaction coordinator once listing goes pending

Remove Lockboxes and other listing materials from property after closing
