Seasons Hospice & Palliative Care is seeking a Manager-Volunteer Services & Community Outreach to join our team of professionals. We make a difference every day to patients and families coping with end of life illness in creating a center of excellence in hospice care.

Overview:
This position contributes to Seasons mission of 'Honoring Life and Offering Hope' by overseeing the volunteer department, coordinating initiatives designed to promote the organization and its services to the community, administering organizational programs aimed at addressing the needs of the surrounding area and developing relationships with community leaders. This role serves as the organization's liaison with various constituents, working closely with program leadership and volunteers to ensure excellent customer service by Volunteer Coordinators and volunteers.

Positions Over Which Supervisory Responsibility is Held: Volunteer Services Coordinator

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree, preferred
2. Psychosocial board-certification or licensure, preferred
3. 2+ years previous experience as a professional or volunteer in healthcare, human services or similar agency
4. 2+ years management or supervisory experience, preferred
5. Ability to coordinate, supervise and evaluate volunteer services
6. Experience in community outreach, marketing or business development, preferred
7. Must have reliable automobile, valid drive's license and the minimum state required liability auto insurance
8. Exemplary written and verbal communication and leadership skills
9. Working knowledge of computer programs, especially Microsoft Office Suite products, EMR systems and clinical documentation software
10. Meet the regulations and requirements of the State in which the program provides services
11. Excellent human relations skills as demonstrated by previous experience or achievements
